Aletris Deluxe Hotel & Spa

I have to say that sadly this hotel definitely doesn’t live up to it’s 5 stars rating. The main reason is the slow, reluctant staff. They communicate very poorly in English and hardly understand you. I saw that they much rather prefer Turkish and German customers but in my opinion every customer should be treated equally because we all paid for the stay at the hotel. The rooms we got were unfortunately a bit smaller than the other rooms and very far from the main restaurant, lobby bar and basically from everything. The transfer bus that runs to the beach smells like canned fish because the seats are made of fabric and not plastic like other hotels. The receptionists didn’t even say bye after we got checked out, which we were very sorry about but I must say that few of the waiters were very kind and helpful. Meals and desserts tasted good in overall, but the staff at the grill have a lot to learn. The meat was kinda rubbery and eggs were almost raw at the breakfast. The entertainment programs were pretty diverse and fun and the drinks in the Irish pub were really tasty and well made. I really have to praise the Italian á la carte. Everything about it was excellent. This hotel definitely has it’s positives like entertainment program and the pool area but it also has a lot of negatives as well and if I gotta be honest I thought there would be a lot better service than we actually got because it’s a brand new hotel after all. We’ve been to Turkey 8 times, of which 4 times in Side, but this hotel was a bit of a disappointment for us and probably this was the first and the last time we visited this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, I was very impressed by the modern look since it is a new hotel BUT there were a few negative things regarding the cleaning staff. Towels were changed and rooms were cleaned but not of the highest quality since quite a lot of dust was under the beds that was probably never touched, somehow the floor had bunch of hair from the cleaning tool since they wiped only the visible parts of the room. If they dont take actions their reviews are about to drop. Overall a great experience!

me and my boyfriend had 4 beautiful days at the hotel, the food was perfect, the room was stunning. Unfortunately, we were robbed by housekeeping, and to make matters worse, we were not the only ones. Everything was reported to the police, who came the day after we were robbed. As for them, they did their job perfectly. As for the hotel management, we were automatically notified by the woman in charge we would NOT be getting a refund. Ok that may be up to the police to get that money back(if they chatch the gay who robed us). But what upsets me, is that no one from the hotel management reached out to us nor did they try to apologize for this inconvenience. To even try and tell us that they will make an effort in the future to look more carefully at whom they employ. That neither was the case. All in all, I am most dissatisfied with the behavior of the hotel management and how they brushed the situation off even after the robbery happened to multiple people. They lacked hospitality and

We stayed in the hotel with my sister in July 2023. The hotel is quite small but very cosy. We had a room with private pool, it saved us from the heat actually:) The room is new and comfortable. The restaurant is big but there was still night place for everybody. The food is tasty and special thanks to the the pide master, it was delicious :) Besides there is a very nice a la carte restaurant, lamb chops are incredible. There is a nice on the ground floor with cold water in the fridge. SPA is must visit, girls from Bali make very good massage. As for the beach its quite far from the hotel to go by foot but the bus runs every couple of minutes and you do not have to wait under the scorching sun. There is hotels private area on the beach and also there is a restaurant and the bar where you can take water and drinks. The stuff is very friendly, all the requests are fulfilled quickly and qualitatively. We liked our stay in the hotel and it is highly recommended to visit
